Purchase and Use Agreement

MoneyManagement4Kids.com is owned and operated by ABS Learning Systems, LLC, (“ABS”) a leading online provider of continuing education courses aimed at introducing children to basic money management skills.

Please read this Purchase and Use Agreement carefully. By visiting or purchasing learning modules through MoneyManagement4Kids.com (“this site”), you (the user of this site and/or purchaser of courses offered on this site) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

ABS respects the privacy and confidentiality of user of this site as well as purchasers of its courses and materials. To that end, all information which ABS collects will be held in strict confidence and will never be sold, transferred or given to any third parties for any reason.

Access to This Website

To purchase any learning module provided by ABS through this site, one (i.e. “you” or “the purchaser”) must provide the following: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, valid email address, and valid credit card information. This information is collected when you process a purchase and payment.

It is a condition of your use of this website that all the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete. You also agree to promptly update your information with any changes. If ABS believes the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, ABS has the right to refuse you access to this website or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time.

Ordering and Paying for Program Modules

The lesson plans offered through this site are organized into four (4) separate sequential serial learning modules with separate learning materials provided, shipped and paid for individually.  You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information (i.e. credit/ debit card information).

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience with the Money Management 4 Kids program. If you wish to return the product for any reason – if it arrives damaged or you are simply not satisfied with it – within (7) days of receipt of the product, follow the simple steps below and we’ll issue a refund or ship you a replacement.

  • A written request for refund must be made in within 7 days of receipt of the learning Module.
  • All learning materials originally received must be returned in new and unused condition, and contained in the original box. If any part of the learning Module is returned in used or unsalable condition, the refund will not be applied.
  • ABS will not pay for shipping or related costs.
  • All returns must be shipped by UPS, Fed-ex, or the USPS and contain a shipping and tracking number.
  • A 10% restocking/ processing fee will be deducted from returned funds.
  • Refunds will be issued by check, or credited back to the original credit/debit card used to purchase the lesson module.
  • If the package containing the Module to be returned is lost by your delivery service, you will need to file a claim for the refund amount with that service company, as ABS will no longer be responsible for the refund.
  • Send the written request and learning Module to:  Money Management 4 Kids  c/o Pims Printing   245 W17th Street  New York, NY  10011.
  • To better serve our customers, we would appreciate a reason why the materials are being returned.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, you will receive an email confirming when your refund will be processed.

Governing Law and Other Terms

Your use of MoneyManagement4Kids.com shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New York. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in New York in connection with any dispute between you and ABS arising out of this Agreement, pertaining to the subject matter hereof, or your use of this site. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this website (including but not limited to the purchase of lesson modules and materials) shall be in the State of New York and the federal courts of the southern district of New York. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of lessons and/or lesson materials) must be commenced within one six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises.

ABS’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Additionally, neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of portions of this Agreement.

If any part of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter.
